I spent 22 years in the Army and retired as a First Sergeant. After my time in the military, I became a trainer at BAE Systems for 15 years. I then shifted gears and became a Hotshot Carrier, which led to the creation of Ironhorse Dispatch. Work experience aside, I always put my family first... Okay really just the grandkids!

Most of my experience comes from the Service industry. I spent majority of my time in college managing multiple restaurants. After I graduated from the University of North Texas, I was asked to oversee BP's warehouse relocation. I've learned from my workplace experiences, as well as my management opportunities in order to better myself in all aspects of my life.
